As Client Services Manager at PlanVest Financial, Cynthia oversees the end-to-end client service experience, managing account onboarding, administrative workflows, and client relationship management. With extensive experience in high-touch service environments, she excels at navigating complex operational processes to deliver clear, responsive support to every client.
Cynthia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). Prior to joining PlanVest Financial, she managed client accounts in real estate operations and coordinated critical outreach programs within the non-profit sector.
Outside of the office, Cynthia enjoys visiting local museums and parks, spending time with her family, and vacationing at the beach.
